At WORTH PRIME TAX, I administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments, supporting secure day-to-day infrastructure operations.

I manage endpoint services with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including device enrollment, application deployment, configuration, and compliance. I also support enterprise patching and security controls across servers and endpoints.

At NOVARTIS (CLIENT) | WIPRO, I administered MECM/SCCM across 500+ devices and supported Windows infrastructure, endpoint management, and hybrid identity. I also developed PowerShell automation for administrative tasks and reporting.

Earlier, at GLOBAL NETWORKS, I administered Windows Server and Active Directory environments and supported LAN/WAN infrastructure. I started at CAT TECHNOLOGIES LTD providing onsite and remote Windows desktop support. My certifications include Azure Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, and CCNA.
