I am seeking a customer service role where I can use my Japanese, English, and Urdu skills to provide exceptional support, manage back-office and email workflows, and grow within a collaborative, customer-focused team.

I am a dedicated customer service professional fluent in English, Japanese (JLPT N2), and Urdu, with experience supporting Japanese-speaking customers at IBEX Global Solutions and SquareTrade since 2020.
