At LEADing Practice, I own a multi-tenant enterprise architecture platform end to end across around 10 European enterprise and public-sector deployments. I rebuilt its stack from Laravel 5.8/PHP 7.1 and Angular to Laravel 12/PHP 8.2, React, and Vite, cutting page HTTP requests by 88% and payload by 50% while preserving roughly 700 REST endpoints.

I've also led engineering teams as CTO and delivered SaaS, telecom billing, e-commerce, CRM, and integration platforms. As a sole developer at dotmetech, I reduced a 10 GB+ reporting workload from minutes to under two seconds through summary tables, indexing, and nightly aggregation.
