What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR operations role where I can support employees and leaders through payroll, timekeeping, leave, HRIS, and workforce administration while contributing to compliance and strong employee experiences.

At Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, I administer timekeeping, payroll, attendance, and leave processes that support healthcare staff and leadership. I use UKG/Kronos and Sedgwick to maintain accurate workforce and leave records, resolve payroll issues, and produce reports for operational planning.

I partner with Payroll, Benefits, and department leaders to address employee time, leave, pay, and policy concerns while protecting confidential records and supporting compliance. My work includes tracking PPL, vacation, lateness, UPPL, and leaves of absence, as well as communicating escalation points and policy-related attendance concerns.

Earlier, I managed a caseload of 66 clients for the State of Delaware and supported client intake, service coordination, documentation, and reporting. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management and am committed to delivering strong employee experiences while helping organizations meet their goals.
