At UBS, I lead end-to-end process modeling for Payment Investigation Poland, mapping workflows in ARIS 10 and identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
I assess risk areas and control gaps, support COSO and SOX frameworks, and contribute to incident reporting. I also assisted with migrating legacy Credit Suisse processes from SAP Signavio to ARIS and supported operational transitions.
At Wells Fargo, I modeled enterprise finance processes in iGrafx using BPMN 2.0 and supported SOX/COSO walkthroughs and audit reviews. I applied Lean Six Sigma to optimize Accounts Payable and managed sprint workflows for seven staff support teams.
Earlier, I modeled finance processes at Bank of America and contributed to application development and production support at Infosys. My work has spanned process governance, payments, risk and controls, and automation opportunities.
