I worked with teams at Arcadis to assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop future-state models focused on improving performance and reducing costs. I applied Lean and Six Sigma methods, including DMAIC and Fishbone analysis, to uncover root causes and support continuous improvement.
At Persistent Systems Pvt. Ltd., I used BPMN 2.0, EPC diagrams, and ARIS Architect for process modeling, mining, and simulation. I also prepared process data and designed interactive dashboards to help stakeholders assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
