At Morgan Stanley, I designed end-to-end flows for wealth management platforms and contributed to transforming payments from a legacy third-party solution to an in-house platform. I also defined onboarding workflows that consolidated legacy systems and translated stakeholder needs into 150+ specifications for a high-net-worth client portal.
I developed a proof of concept for an AI-enabled control mapping and traceability agent for digital wealth advisory, which achieved 90% pilot adoption and proceeded to enterprise rollout. Using GitHub Copilot agents and related tools, I also accelerated requirements documentation and solution design.
Earlier, as a Business Analyst (Intern) at Credit Suisse, I analyzed forward-looking and historical market scenarios and prepared capital loss reports. At IBM, I worked on pricing system migration testing, supporting traceability, audit compliance, and delivery with zero critical defects.
