I’m a PMO Lead and automation-focused Business Analyst with 11+ years of progressive experience in financial services operations at Fidelity International. I drive portfolio governance and risk mitigation through RAID, and I lead digital transformation by establishing enterprise stage-gate compliance standards and milestone tracking frameworks for 15+ program portfolio. I also deploy 30+ intelligent automation workflows with zero post-deployment incidents.
As an Assistant Manager in Global Platform Solutions PMO (2025–Present), I identify milestone and dependency gaps across 11+ concurrent programs to protect leadership from flawed data, and I ensure enterprise change framework adherence across program managers to close audit-ready artefact gaps.
