I’m looking for a role where I can combine HR analytics and finance insights—building Power BI dashboards, Python/SQL models, and automated reporting—to improve retention, hiring, and risk decisions with a data-driven team.

I’m a finance & HR analytics professional with a BBA (completed) from Christ University, finishing in the top 5% of my batch. I’ve built my craft through 10+ internships across banking, manufacturing, technology, airports, media, and NGO work—always focused on turning messy data into decisions people can act on.

In HR analytics, I’ve driven outcomes with Power BI dashboards and people analytics—identifying attrition drivers, improving retention strategy visibility, and automating reporting.
