I’m a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM), Employee Central (EC), and Recruiting Management (RCM). I configure and optimize PMGM processes to drive performance improvement, goal alignment, and talent development, while implementing EC for core HR data management and RCM for streamlined recruitment workflows.
