What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Bioinformatics Engineer or Genomics Data Analyst roles focused on clinical variant interpretation and NGS pipeline engineering.

At CSIR-Institute of Genomics & Integrative Biology, I engineered an end-to-end WGS variant-calling pipeline for 1,029 IndiGenomes datasets, supporting population-level characterization of Muscular Dystrophy variants.

I build clinical genomics workflows spanning WES and WGS variant discovery, CNV detection, ACMG/AMP classification, annotation, and prioritization. My work includes clinically actionable CNV reports, carrier-burden estimates, and population-level findings that contributed to a peer-reviewed bioRxiv preprint.

I also architected and deployed ALGVar, speciPFIC, and HLCS-dB, three production genomic databases, and built a Django clinical genomics portal with role-based access, TSV uploads, IGV integration, and automated PDF reporting.

Previously at SciMedian, I developed WGS and RNA-seq pipelines and analyzed gastric-cancer single-cell RNA-seq data. I continue expanding my applied Python portfolio across variant genomics, RNA-seq, GWAS, machine learning, and single-cell analysis.
