What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client support or intake role where I can guide people through processes, resolve and escalate concerns, maintain accurate case records, and contribute to an empathetic, collaborative remote or service-focused team.

I've supported clients remotely at Social Enterprise for Canada, guiding them through services, requirements, referrals, appointments, and next steps in a high-volume environment.

I investigate questions, document every interaction in CRM systems, follow cases through resolution, and escalate complex concerns to counsellors and internal teams. I handle confidential information carefully and follow eligibility, documentation, and privacy procedures.

I've also supported database upgrades by helping colleagues learn updated workflows, using Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Webex/Cisco tools, and internal systems to keep service moving.

My background in customer experience, translation, teaching, and peer training helps me explain information clearly to people with different levels of experience. I communicate fluently in English and natively in Ukrainian and Russian, with conversational French.
