What I'm looking for

I'm looking for interim or transformation mandates with genuine scope to redesign operations, scale organisations, clarify ownership, and improve complex cross-functional collaboration. I value flexible, international working models over rigid line roles focused only on SLA or KPI administration.

I've led operational transformation across Schiesser, bardusch, adidas, and a clinical-stage biotech, restructuring service organisations, harmonising processes, and building scalable operating models. At bardusch, I aligned 18 locations and 144 employees while preparing the organisation for S/4HANA.

I work where processes, responsibilities, data, and cross-functional collaboration no longer fit the business. I create clarity, strengthen teams, and leave organisations able to make decisions and operate independently.
