I’m looking for a Technical/Application Support or SQL-based role where I can use my problem-solving, SQL, and troubleshooting skills to keep systems running efficiently, resolve incidents within SLA, and support data-driven decision-making.

I’m a Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in application and production support, focused on fast, reliable incident resolution. I bring SQL-based data analysis, data validation, incident management, and root cause analysis to every production challenge.

In my current role (Bookit Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd., earlier Hurix Systems Pvt. Ltd.), I provide L1/L2 application and production support for the Kitaboo platform. I investigate and resolve production issues within defined SLA timelines by running SQL queries for backend analysis and issue tracing.

I regularly write and optimize SQL queries using joins, filters, and DML operations to extract, analyze, and validate data for troubleshooting and business requirements. I also log, track, and manage incidents through JIRA, and coordinate with development and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and deployment support.

I previously supported clients on-site at Kotak General Insurance as an Application Support Engineer, diagnosing application issues and delivering timely resolutions. I performed backend data analysis for root cause identification, used SQL to retrieve and validate client-specific data, and supported API testing and validation using Postman. I’m currently transitioning toward SQL and data-focused roles, bringing my production mindset to data-driven decision-making.
