At Paperchase Accountancy India Pvt. Ltd., I established and scaled enterprise PMO practices that became the organization’s formal Project Management Office. I designed the Strategic Business Operating Program, aligning 75+ initiatives with enterprise strategy, governance, KPI frameworks, and delivery milestones.
