What I'm looking for

In the first three months, I will take ownership of scheduling, correspondence, and CRM record-keeping. I’m seeking a role where I can support distributed teams across time zones and reduce administrative delays and record errors.

At Apex Workforce & Talent Foundation, I supervise six administrative officers supporting recruitment for HR clients. Sending hiring correspondence on schedule shortened the time candidates spent moving through each stage of the process.

I improved the onboarding process so new hires and client-side teams moved through it faster. That improvement contributed to the organization gaining a new client through a referral from an existing one.

At Oasis Logistics Co. Ltd, I maintained audit-ready CRM and administrative records for cross-functional teams of six to 15 staff. I also coordinated scheduling, documentation, filing, and correspondence, and tracked expenses and basic bookkeeping.
