What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support students and communities through well-organized programs—where I can lead workshops, coordinate events, and strengthen day-to-day operations. I want a role that values clear communication, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Before & After Programming Leader focused on helping students navigate their academic and professional development. I run resume workshops, job search strategies, and college readiness assessments that support confident next steps.

In my current role, I coordinate high-impact educational events and streamline registration to increase student retention. I also manage programming administration—coordinating event setup, handling paperwork, and maintaining digital data documentation for operational productivity.

I work closely with parents, teaching staff, administrators, and group coordinators to ensure communication flows smoothly. I also lead programming marketing through social media platforms, create physical and digital informational flyers, and support school administrations with email newsletters.

Previously, I worked as an Operation Associate at TJ Maxx, where I handled POS transactions in a high-volume environment and exceeded daily productivity goals for online orders. I trained team members, answered high volumes of calls, resolved customer inquiries professionally, and maintained accurate records using the Zebra database.
