I am a ServiceNow Administrator with over six years supporting large BFSI environments, primarily on the Lloyds Banking account, through IBM India and Kyndryl Solutions. I focus on platform stability, ITSM modules, CMDB, upgrades, and performance improvements.

My technical experience spans ServiceNow administration and configuration, ITSM/ITIL processes, incident/problem/change management, user and role administration, service catalog and request fulfillment, ACLs and security rules, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, update sets, CMDB & discovery, performance analytics, and reporting.

Prior to my ServiceNow technical roles I held people-management and vendor-governance positions including Recruitment Delivery Manager at IBM where I managed offer processes, background checks, contractor movement, vendor relations, and training. Earlier roles include operations and vendor management in life insurance operations.

I seek Lead or Platform roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem where I can apply my technical depth, operational discipline, and vendor-management experience to stabilize and evolve enterprise platforms.
