What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in insurance/TPA operations where I can own pre-medical coordination, backend case support, and client communication—while staying focused on compliance, SLA accuracy, and continuous improvement through RCA and clear reporting.

Dedicated and process-oriented, I bring 1.7 year’s of hands-on experience in Third Party Administrator (TPA) services at Healthindia, specializing in backend operations, pre-insurance medical coordination, and client servicing. I manage documentation, email communication, diagnostic center alignment, and life insurance case tracking while ensuring accurate records and compliance with company and insurer protocols.

In my role as a Customer service executive, I coordinate with clients and diagnostic centers for pre-policy medicals, assign and monitor cases internally, and draft professional emails for appointment reminders and clarifications. I handle escalations, share RCA reports with clients and internal SPOCs, support end-to-end medical case management through backend systems, and maintain CRM accuracy with daily MIS reporting and SLA compliance.
