I’m a technical support engineer with a cloud-first mindset, equipped with strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience from certification. I’m driven to contribute my skills and passion for cloud technologies to help organizations grow through reliability, security, and cost optimization.

I’m familiar with AWS networking concepts and best security practices, and I aim to apply cloud architecture and security principles to real environments. I’ve worked with deploying and managing applications on AWS using AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and with AWS database services like Amazon RDS and Amazon DynamoDB. I also develop automation solutions using modern cloud technologies.

In my recent application support and technical support roles, I’ve supported cloud infrastructure and production deployments using AWS services (including Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud) alongside tooling such as Docker Swarm, Linux, ServiceNow, BMC Control-M, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, and AWS CloudFormation. I’ve also built and demonstrated web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, JSON, responsive design) through projects, and I bring teamwork and leadership to customer-facing support work.
