What I'm looking for

I'm looking for clear-scope enterprise AI delivery work with decision-makers who value measurable business goals, budget discipline, and closed-loop implementation. I fit POCs, private deployment, project rescue, managed AI services, and long-term advisory.

I've delivered and contributed to 200+ AI systems and customer projects, spanning AI appliances, private LLMs, RAG knowledge bases, agent workflows, AIGC tools, and managed AI operations. As an Independent AI Delivery Consultant and previously at Beijing Touch Future Technology, I take projects from business diagnosis and hardware sizing through POC validation, launch, SLA operations, and team enablement.

I've also built and operated a 1,000-node hybrid-cloud PaaS platform and 500-node K8s/BMS clusters, while delivering high-availability FinTech, payment, e-commerce, and connected-vehicle systems. I focus on rescuing stalled AI initiatives and building production systems that improve outcomes, including 60% lower GPU procurement costs, GPU utilization from 32% to 71%, and MTTR from 45 to 12 minutes.
