At NIO, I lead architecture for automotive after-sales services, long- and short-term rental, service packages, insurance, and used-car platforms. I’ve delivered scalable service platforms, maintenance work-order systems, supplier-routing capabilities, and an AI foundation for real transaction and fulfillment workflows.
I previously led billing-domain architecture at Alibaba’s New Retail Supply Chain platform, supporting more than 100 million daily business documents with 99.99% billing accuracy. At Huitongda, I led payment-platform evolution across acquiring, routing, reconciliation, clearing, settlement, and compliance.
