I'm seeking a challenging role where I can drive collections performance, improve order-to-delivery efficiency, and support customer satisfaction across global markets.

At Diageo Global Business Services, I manage end-to-end customer supply and order operations for international markets. I improved dispatch lead time from 43.2 to 36 days, enabling approximately $20M in earlier cash realisation.

I also drove OTIF performance from 72% to 97% and ensured order booking within the two-day SLA. I work with logistics, planning and sales teams to resolve bottlenecks and handle customer escalations.
