I led 20+ automation and digital transformation initiatives using RPA, GenAI, Agentic AI, Power BI and advanced analytics. A GenAI- and RPA-enabled BGC transformation reduced regional consolidation turnaround from 19 days to approximately 1 day.
I centralized AP risk and control testing through workflow redesign and automation, delivering approximately 20 FTE of annualized savings. I also designed Power BI control towers and dashboards that reduced reporting cycle time by 35%.
I build AI-enabled quality monitoring and intelligent risk reporting into operations, and have achieved 100% adherence to SOX, GDPR and internal governance standards.
