I'm looking for a fast-paced Campus Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role where I can contribute to sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment operations, campus drives, and data-driven hiring decisions.

At Vodafone Idea, I manage distributor and retailer networks, helping expand market coverage from 12L to 85L. I've delivered 12% YoY territory growth, 21% MoM growth in key input metrics, and improved zonal ranking from 30/32 to 3/32 areas.

I've also supported end-to-end recruitment at Align India, including sourcing, screening, onboarding coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and employer-branding campaigns. Through placement and corporate relations leadership, I onboarded 24+ corporate partners, achieved 100% paid summer internship placements, and increased PPO conversion by 20%.
