I'm looking to grow in talent acquisition and HR, contributing to full-cycle hiring, candidate assessment, talent mapping, and inclusive recruitment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

At Transform Rural India, I manage end-to-end recruitment for development-sector consultant and staff roles, from Boolean sourcing and screening through structured interviews, reference checks, and offer-stage coordination.
