What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue driving lateral and mid-senior hiring in a corporate environment where I can partner with business leaders, strengthen hiring governance, and deliver quality talent through effective sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.

I'm currently supporting enterprise-level lateral and mid-senior hiring at Bharti Airtel, managing corporate, technology, sales, and business roles across multiple functions.

I partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to align requirements with business priorities, source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and internal talent pools, and manage offers through joining.

Previously, I delivered recruitment for BFSI and corporate clients including Kotak Securities, ICICI Securities, Motilal Oswal, Religare Broking, JM Financial, Anand Rathi, and Sharekhan. I closed junior through leadership roles, including AVP positions, under defined SLAs.

My experience also includes high-volume BPO and corporate hiring, recruitment MIS and dashboards in DarwinBox, candidate engagement, and stakeholder coordination in fast-paced environments.
