What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced customer service role where I can handle high-volume inbound calls, resolve queries and complaints, support renewals/retention, and provide reliable technical support—ideally with a supportive team and clear targets.

I’m a Customer Service professional with experience in insurance, retail and healthcare support roles. In my RAC “Renewals & Retention / Customer Service” role, I handle customer queries, complaints, requests, technical support, account support and retention, taking inbound calls 20 to 40 per day while helping customers renew their breakdown cover policies and maximizing sales opportunities where possible.

Previously, I supported “COVID-19 support lines for the Government” as NHS Customer Service Support, taking calls 30 to 50 per day and helping citizens with vaccine booking—especially those who struggled online—while recording and entering data into CRM systems. I bring strong communication and problem-solving to fast-paced environments, and I also stay creative through 3D sculpting and digital art, where attention to detail is essential.
