I seek a role where I can lead recruitment, payroll and HRIS efforts, contribute to culture and DEI, and grow my HR leadership skills in a supportive, process-driven organization.

I am an HR and Hospitality professional with five years of experience across customer service, public relations and human resources, focused on recruitment, payroll, HRIS management and compliance. I bring a can-do attitude and a track record of improving employee experience and operational efficiency.

My roles have included end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll administration, KPI management and policy development.
