I am a Support Engineer with over a year of experience in providing technical assistance and maintaining strong client relationships. My career began with a focus on commerce, but my passion for technology and problem-solving led me into the field of technical support. At Synergy, I’ve successfully resolved complex software and hardware issues, contributed to process improvements, and helped clients navigate technical challenges with confidence.

I possess strong communication skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and have a proven ability to handle client concerns with professionalism. I’ve also completed a Django Bootcamp to strengthen my technical foundation and am actively working on personal projects like an online room rental platform.

I’m particularly interested in roles that allow me to combine technical support with client service, especially in remote or hybrid settings. My goal is to grow into roles that challenge me to solve real-world problems while delivering excellent customer experiences.
