I'm seeking a remote customer support role where I can help users solve problems clearly and efficiently while continuing to learn new technology.

I've designed an AI customer-service assistant concept at the Cosmos Engineering Hackathon to route calls and connect users with the appropriate staff, improving call-centre efficiency.
