I've analyzed banking fraud and HR attrition datasets using MySQL and Excel, turning findings into dashboards and actionable business recommendations.

In a 10,000-transaction fraud analysis, I identified a 12.51% overall fraud rate and found high-risk anomaly scores carried a 71.7% fraud rate. I used 15+ SQL queries, including CTEs, correlated subqueries, aggregations, and window functions, to surface high-risk channels and transactions.

For an HR attrition project covering 1,470 employees, I calculated a 16.12% attrition rate and identified Sales as the highest-attrition department. I also examined overtime, job satisfaction, and compensation benchmarks to support targeted retention recommendations.

My 3+ years in technical recruitment at Talent Bull and Paramount Technology Partners strengthened my ability to build Excel dashboards, analyze reporting data, partner with stakeholders, and translate requirements into measurable outcomes. I'm currently building deeper business intelligence and consulting capability through a Business Analytics & Consulting certification.
