What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Data Analyst role where I can deliver KPI dashboards and automated reporting, strengthen data quality with ETL and data modeling, and partner with stakeholders to turn trends into actionable business decisions.

I’m a Data Analyst with hands-on experience across SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MySQL, focused on Business Intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

I transform raw datasets into actionable insights through Data Cleaning, Data Wrangling, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Query Optimization, Statistical Analysis, Trend Analysis, and Business Reporting—while keeping data quality at the center of my workflow.

In my HR Analytics project, I processed 450K+ employee records with Python (Pandas) and MySQL, achieving 99% data accuracy. I also built a star schema model and developed 20+ HR KPIs, then delivered interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX measures and drill-through functionality.
