For a bank loan approval and risk analysis project, I cleaned and transformed 543 loan applications in SQL and used Python analysis to identify credit history as the top approval driver. I then created a multi-page Power BI dashboard with dynamic DAX KPIs, filters, root-cause analysis, and lending recommendations.

In an HR attrition project, I analyzed 1,470 employee records, partnered through requirements gathering, and built a two-page self-service Power BI dashboard with 10+ visuals and 4+ DAX measures. I also automated a reporting template that reduced monthly MIS report preparation time by 30%.

I'm comfortable translating datasets into clear stories, from analyzing 40,000+ YouTube trending-video records to communicating genre and audience-engagement trends. I'm seeking an analytics role where I can combine technical analysis with stakeholder-focused reporting and decision support.
