I am a SAFe Enterprise Agile Coach with 28 years of IT experience focused on implementing full-configuration Scaled Agile Framework and launching multiple Agile Release Trains. I specialize in establishing distributed Agile, Visual Management, and DevOps practices across large organizations.
I have trained and mentored teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, managers, and executives for over 14 years, and I have led large transformations—launching numerous Release Trains and configuring ARTs, backlogs, and operating models.
My engagements span telecom, entertainment distribution, legal content, and financial services where I improved time to market, employee engagement, deployment frequency, and customer satisfaction. I created target operating models, RACI/RASCI matrices, testing strategies, and metrics frameworks for distributed units.
