I’m an Agile Delivery Lead with 6+ years as a Scrum Master and 18 years overall across software, edtech, and banking. I lead end-to-end delivery—from requirement gathering through deployment and DevOps—while coaching teams toward self-managing, high-performance execution.
In my current role, I coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and support PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums. I build and maintain Agile metrics dashboards (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, lead time, and defect matrix) to directly inform SLA/SLO governance and continuous improvement decisions.
I’m comfortable bridging onshore Product Owners and offshore engineering teams, proactively managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment. I drive SDLC standardization, test automation improvements, and security vulnerability testing—backed by systematic impediment resolution and Communities of Practice.
I bring a strong foundation from roles across Agile delivery, business analysis, and technology—translating complex requirements into User Stories and Epics, and influencing resourcing to protect sprint commitments.
