I’m a Program Delivery Lead with experience coordinating cross functional Agile and enterprise technology initiatives within complex organizational environments. I focus on PMO coordination, executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational visibility across multi-team programs.

In my current role (Total Quality Logistics, Jan 2024–Present), I lead delivery across multiple Agile teams, aligning priorities and managing cross-team dependencies that impact enterprise initiatives. I partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to support backlog refinement, user story prioritization, acceptance criteria alignment, and sprint readiness.

I also improve program visibility through structured reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination. I proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and interdependencies to improve sprint execution and delivery consistency, using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow to support delivery tracking, dashboard visibility, and change request workflows.

Previously (Verizon Wireless, Nov 2020–Sep 2023), I led Scrum for cross-functional teams, managed backlogs and prioritization with Product Owners, and supported Agile transformation by improving accountability, transparency, and delivery consistency. With Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner, and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) credentials, I bring structured governance across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe environments.
