I’m a certified Agile and SAFe Scrum Master with over a decade of experience in Agile project management. I specialize in SAFE/SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum, and I enjoy leading teams through complex delivery environments with clarity, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
In my current role, I lead a comprehensive Agile transformation across Fintech and Telecom teams, driving sprint execution, delivery rhythm, and cross-functional collaboration to support a cloud-based SaaS Payments platform.
