I’m looking to lead Agile/SAFe transformations, protect team focus, drive clear delivery metrics and data quality, and empower teams to deliver high-quality increments while aligning with client expectations.

I’m a certified Agile and SAFe Scrum Master with over a decade of experience in Agile project management. I specialize in SAFE/SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum, and I enjoy leading teams through complex delivery environments with clarity, consistency, and measurable outcomes.

In my current role, I lead a comprehensive Agile transformation across Fintech and Telecom teams, driving sprint execution, delivery rhythm, and cross-functional collaboration to support a cloud-based SaaS Payments platform. I help protect developer focus time, reduce unplanned work, and strengthen platform stability through better planning, ceremonies, and delivery metrics.

Across engagements, I’ve coached teams on backlog refinement and sprint predictability—ensuring user stories include clear data sources, transformation logic, acceptance criteria, and validation rules. I also support quality through a strong Definition of Done mindset, and I actively remove impediments to keep delivery smooth and uninterrupted.

My approach is grounded in servant leadership and continuous improvement: establishing Lean-Agile standards, facilitating Scrum events (including Scrum of Scrums and metrics reviews), and aligning stakeholders through transparent reporting. I bring hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, plus collaboration with data engineers and BI analysts to deliver dashboards, data pipelines, and performance insights aligned to business goals.
