Across Standard Chartered, Cognizant, and Tata Consultancy Services, I’ve led enterprise application delivery, modernization, release planning, and cross-functional teams spanning engineering, infrastructure, operations, product, QA, and UX. I’ve improved release visibility across nine value streams for 100+ stakeholders and strengthened production stability through proactive governance and remediation.

Implemented structured change governance frameworks including approval workflows, risk scoring, escalation procedures, and regulatory controls.
Led multiple cross-functional teams delivering enterprise application development and modernization programs. Collaborated with product owners, team members, technologists and other scrum masters to define solutions and drive progress, facilitating Scrum of Scrum calls.
Led a cross-functional team of developers, QAs and UX designers to develop features in a billing system. Delivered detailed feature roadmaps that included action items and project targets, and developed accurate development estimates and project resource plans.
Led the design and development of application upgrades and deployment of new services. Leveraged in-depth understanding of end-to-end customer experience to identify pain points and latent customer needs, and coordinated offshore activities as a liaison between client and offshore team.
