At REDX Logistics Ltd. (ShopUp Group), I led HR operations for a nationwide organization of 5,500+ employees and partnered with the CEO, CXOs, and business heads. I helped scale the workforce from around 1,500 to more than 5,000 in one year, cutting recruitment lead time by 50%.
At Expo Freight Limited (EFL), I led the country HR function, supported role alignment across 23 business units, and implemented KPI frameworks across all roles. The work included reshaping the organization and localizing global HR policies to comply with the Bangladesh Labour Act.
