At Sauvira Solutions, I manage end-to-end recruitment for VLSI roles including ASIC RTL, Physical Design, and Design Verification. I source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean search, and conduct initial HR interviews.

I coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and support onboarding, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups. My work also includes maintaining candidate records and supporting HR operations such as attendance and leave management.
