I’m building a freelance recruitment profile to help companies meet hiring needs through project-based, contract, and time-bound recruitment support.

At Tecquire Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire and permanent roles across Semiconductor/VLSI, software, and non-technical functions. I recruit for roles including DFT, Physical Design, Design Verification, and RTL/Software Engineering.

I source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals, then support screening, interview coordination, and follow-up through selection. I manage candidate pipelines and recruitment updates in Zoho Recruit and support documentation and onboarding tracking through GreytHR.

Previously, at Nexovice System Pvt. Ltd., I recruited for Sales, Account Management, and HR roles and supported selected DFT and Physical Design requirements.
