What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can build API integrations, automate operational workflows, solve customer technical challenges, and continue growing across web technologies, databases, and enterprise platforms.

At NIQ BrandBank, I manage customer integrations for enterprise clients including Dell, helping keep their platforms running smoothly.

I develop database models in MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle, and build automation solutions with Python, Bash, JavaScript, and PHP to reduce manual work.

I integrate REST and SOAP APIs, troubleshoot technical issues, manage customer accounts, and produce advanced catalog reports for clients and sales teams. I also use Salesforce and Jira for account management, reporting, issue tracking, and project coordination.

Previously, I contributed to front-end development and responsive UI/UX improvements at Creative Experts Solutions. I bring a foundation in web technologies, scripting, database management, and continuous process improvement.
