Sulaiman Salisu

I support customers at Ecobank Nigeria as a Customer Service Assistant, delivering efficient, quality-driven service in banking interactions.

Previously, I worked as a Bank Teller at Access Bank Plc and as a Sales Agent at PalmPay, building experience in transactional banking, customer support, and client service.

I also taught at Muhammadu Rabiu Model Primary School Jibia, strengthening my communication and problem-solving approach. Earlier, I volunteered in the Record Department at General Hospital Jibia.

I hold an HND and ND in Statistics from Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic. I continue developing my capabilities through learning in digital banking, Excel for data analytics, customer feedback management, and data analysis.
