I seek roles where I can lead program planning and M&E in health or development, strengthen systems, mentor teams, and apply data analysis to improve service quality.

I am a results-oriented development professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in project coordination, data management, translation, annotation, and systems strengthening. I specialize in data analysis, health system strengthening, women empowerment, public-private partnerships, and communication.

I have led provincial project planning, implementation, and monitoring for private health delivery programs, managed technical support for over 116 private health facilities, and coordinated multi-stakeholder training and procurement in alignment with donor guidelines. I also have field-level experience supporting SRHR activities, facility monitoring, and sustainability planning across districts.

In addition to program leadership, I provide freelance transcription, translation, and data annotation services for research organizations and AI projects, and I have training in DHIS2, Power BI, and data analysis. I bring a practical, stakeholder-focused approach to strengthening systems, improving quality, and producing timely, high-quality data and deliverables.
