What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a public health role where I can lead research and data-quality work (REDCap/Kobo), support maternal-newborn or TB/AMR programs, and grow through evidence-based practice and collaborative training.

I’m a registered public health graduate with a strong passion for improving community wellbeing. I build evidence by combining research work with practical program support across maternal and newborn health, perinatal review processes, and community-based interventions.

In my current role as a Research Officer at Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital, I handle proposal writing, report preparation, and end-to-end data work—entry, cleaning, and analysis. I also serve as a Site Coordinator for the Global Maternal and Newborn Health Platform (Asia-Pacific), managing data collection with REDCap, supervising data collectors, and ensuring data quality through monitoring.

I’ve strengthened my program impact through MPDSR focal duties, including identifying maternal and perinatal death cases, conducting cause-of-death analysis, and leading implementation of action plans and monthly perinatal audits. Alongside this, I’ve contributed as an MPDSR/AMR/TB and research support team member—translating documents, translating data for program reporting, and supporting awareness and school health activities.
