I coordinate public health, gender equity, and social inclusion programs across Nepal, drawing on more than fifteen years of experience in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and research.
At Benchmark Research and Training Associate, I design monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks; lead data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting; and coordinate with government counterparts, Save the Children, and the Global Fund. I also conduct evaluations, Routine Data Quality Assessments, and gender and inclusion surveys while strengthening HMIS/MIS reporting systems.
Previously, I led Global Fund activities across 38 districts at Nepal Anti-Tuberculosis Association, addressing TB-related human rights and gender barriers, supporting COVID-19 awareness, and managing staff, administration, and finance. My work has also included regional research and training support with UNRCPD and consulting assignments for NHSSP, ADRA, IPAS, KOICA, NFDN, and MOHP.
I bring experience in operational and qualitative research, proposal development, donor reporting, training facilitation, policy coordination, and GESI mainstreaming. I’m seeking a Program Coordinator role where I can apply technical coordination and cross-functional leadership to inclusive health and development programs.
