What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to research and social development work where I can coordinate projects, lead quality field data collection, support ethical research, and turn evidence into clear reporting.

I'm currently coordinating national research and social development projects at NISER, including research on migration's impact on child marriage and the National Inquiry on Child Marriage.

Across more than 10 years in research, I've managed field teams, conducted surveys, FGDs, KIIs and IDIs, translated and transcribed research materials, and produced reports. I've also supported communications and contributed to published evidence on adolescent well-being in Nepal.
