I am a senior operations and manufacturing consultant with nearly 20 years in building-products, specialising in AAC, RMC and dry-mix mortar plants. I have led greenfield projects, plant turnarounds and sustainability programmes, delivering measurable gains such as +20% productivity and -15% operational cost.

I partner with manufacturers to optimise operations, launch products and expand market share through recipe engineering, energy optimisation, QA/QC frameworks and vendor management. I combine hands-on plant leadership with project execution and market-focused product development to drive growth and operational excellence.
