I am an operations leader with 22 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, FRP and composite molds, machining, and tool room management. I currently head operations at Arkaza Technologies, driving factory setup, production planning and vendor management.
I have consistently delivered revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction through a solutions-oriented approach and strong relationship skills. I build and lead teams that balance high-level skills with productivity.
My background includes managing manufacturing, prototyping, installation and commissioning of renewable energy systems, and maintenance for heavy rolling and production lines. I have hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, roll grinding, hydraulic systems, and preventive maintenance.
